Where is my order?

Enter your order number and email in the tracker above to see your live status. If it says 'Preparing Order', your order is being packed — once it ships and the carrier registers the first scan, the tracking timeline appears automatically.

When will I get tracking?

Tracking appears once the carrier registers the first scan after your order ships. You'll also get a shipping email with the carrier name and tracking number.

My tracking hasn't updated — is that normal?

Carriers sometimes take a little while between scans, especially around weekends. If nothing changes for several days, reply to your order email and we'll look into it.

Can I change my address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before it leaves.
